CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
In order to receive your order in time for Christmas we advise that all orders on framed items be made by 12th December. We ship UK orders with DHL, this means orders will be booked on for next day delivery. DHL will try and deliver your item two more times if you (the customer) is not in. The Ronnie Store will not accept responsibility if you (the customer) was not in at the agreed date of delivery. We are striving to ensure all items arrive in time for Christmas. COVID 19: During the current pandemic deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Courier Details – UK
All unframed or pre-framed orders sent to England and Wales are sent by DHL. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days so you should receive your orders within 6-7 working days of placing them. Please give us a daytime address as all orders have to be signed for.
Courier Details – International (non-UK)
All international orders for framed and unframed products are sent by DHL. All framed items take between 7-10 working days to create, once dispatched the times below apply.
For all international order you will be emailed a DHL tracking code and contact details for DHL if you need to speak to someone about your order. We ask you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.
Please get in touch with customerservice@fancavegroup.co.uk if your order is especially urgent and needed by a particular date or you think it is taking too long to arrive.
A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.
Due to Brexit, some customers may have to pay duties and VAT before or after delivery of the item. The customer is responsible to pay any costs incurred.
